Follow the steps below if you are displaying Insert SIM error on the IsatPhone Pro or IsatPhone Pro 2.

Step 1: Remove SIM card

1. Remove battery cover by twisting set screw
2. Remove the battery
3. Slide the SIM card retainer downwards and flip it open
4. Note the position of the cut corner in the SIM card slot
5. Remove the SIM card
6. Obtain a soft cloth or contact cleaner
7. Wipe gold contacts on SIM card

Step 2: Insert SIM card

1. Slide the SIM card into the SIM retainer with the gold contacts facing up
2. Note the position of the cut corner in the SIM card slot and ensure the SIM is properly aligned
3. Flip the SIM retainer down and lock it into place by sliding the retainer upwards
4. Power on the IsatPhone Pro
