Feature Overview: Tracking

Tracking is a location based feature of the GeoPro Mobile App which enables users with the ability to send automated reports, including position coordinates (latitude & longitude), speed, altitude, and heading among other position related details, directly to the GeoPro Web App. When tracking is enabled, position details are sent to the GeoPro Web App based on an admin or user defined interval and a distance threshold for the distanced moved before sending the next report. Users also have the ability to view previously sent position. Tracking can be used to effectively monitor field personnel, and used in scenarios to identify and generate Geofence Crossing notifications, to ensure user safety and compliance with day to day operations.
