The GeoPro Moble App supports the capability to pair with VSN Mobil's V.BTTN alert button. The V.BTTN is a Bluetooth wearable button that can be used to surreptitiously trigger an SOS from the GeoPro Mobile App without having unlock your smartphone.

Note: GeoPro Mobile App v2.4.2 or higher is required for V.BTTN support.

This article explains how to power the V.BTTN alert button on and off.

Powering on the V.BTTN

1. Press and hold the V.BTTN for 10 seconds to turn on the device.

2. The V.BTTN will play a single audible alert and will begin flashing green until it has connected with the GeoPro Mobile App.

Powering off the V.BTTN

1. Press and hold the V.BTTN for 30 seconds to turn off the device.

2. The device will play an audible alert three times consecutively then turn off.

Note: If the connection between the GeoPro Mobile App and the alert button is interrupted, the V.BTTN will play a single audible alert followed by intermittent red flashes on the button, and a notification will be displayed in the GeoPro Mobile App. 

The GeoPro Mobile App will try to re-establish the connection with the alert button for a period of 60 seconds. If it fails to reconnect, press the Connect button on the Device screen in the GeoPro Mobile App once the V.BTTN and smartphone are within range of one another.
