The below steps covers stopping monitoring for inReach devices in the field. These steps do not apply to devices that use the standard check-in system. A description for monitoring and check-ins can be found here.  

Additionally, the below steps should only be used when the inReach device user forgets to end monitoring at the end of their shift. Always confirm the end user is done with their work day before disabling monitoring.

1. Login to https://geopro.globalalerting.com/

2. Click on Devices

3. Click on the appropriate inReach device

4. Click on the Stop Monitoring button

5. The GeoPro portal will send a stop monitoring signal to the inReach device via the Iridium network.
