Event Notifications are notifications which are triggered when a specific event occurs and are sent to specific recipients. These notifications are configured for your device by an Administrator or Monitor. Examples of Event Notifications which may have been configured for you are, when an emergency is declared or cancelled, when a check-in schedule has been enabled or disabled, when a device has checked-in or missed a check-in, and when a device has crossed a geofence. As a user, you have the ability to view the Event Notifications which have been configured for your device.
1. To view the Event Notifications for your device, navigate to the Home tab and select Configure.
2. From the device configuration page, select Event Notifications from the list.
3. All of the Event Notifications which have been configured for your device will be displayed.
4. Select any of the Event Notifications from the list to view the recipient of the notification.
