This email is an update to the notification originally sent on December 13, 2019. Since the original notice, Iridium has added more model numbers to list of Iridium Extreme devices that are no longer eligible for antenna repairs.
Going forward, any Iridium Extreme with the model number listed below can only be replaced outright at the level 3 repair rate if the antenna is broken.

If you have an antenna repair request please email email@example.com with the IMEI number and model number. The location of these numbers can be found in the example picture below. Our support team will be able to provide you with the repair rate and processing time.
